All Parcels Tracking
All parcels are delivered with complementary tracking. The tracking information of your parcel may be sent to you via email or mobile phone by our couriers.
Processing Time
Orders are sent out within 1-2 business days. Freight service does not collect on weekends and public holidays so no orders leave on the weekends. For example, an order placed Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

🇦🇺 Australia Delivery
- Standard Delivery: A standard delivery fee from $8.50 per order is charged unless you qualify for free shipping.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is granted to most orders from $75 (or $100 for rural areas orders) in value after all discounts are applied, not including postage.
- Remote Areas Note: For delivery to more remote areas and to NT, SA, WA, and TAS, please allow up to 5 extra days for delivery (some rural areas may take longer).
- Service Coverage: We ship to most postcodes in Australia. If we cannot fulfil your order due to your postcode, you will receive an email for a refund.
🇳🇿 New Zealand Delivery
- Standard Delivery: $10 NZD flat rate for orders under $100 NZD.
- Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is granted to New Zealand orders from $100 NZD in value after all discounts are applied.
- Courier & Shipping Carrier: All New Zealand orders are safely dispatched via Australia Post.
Bulk Item Shipping
Larger or bulkier items are an exception and incur higher shipping costs due to the size and weight of the item. Please note: bulky items are not eligible for free shipping offers.
- Australia Eligible Areas: A flat shipping fee of $9.90 per bulky item applies.
- Australia Remote Areas: ❌ We do not ship bulky items to NT, SA, and WA rural areas.
- New Zealand: ❌ We do not ship bulky items to New Zealand. International delivery is only available for standard-sized parcels.
