Processing Time
Orders are sent out the day after you place your order, during business hours. Freight service does not collect on weekends and public holidays so no orders leave on the weekends. For example, an order placed Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.
The tracking information of your parcel will be sent to you via email or mobile phone once your order is fulfilled.
Shipping Rate & Time Estimated
- A delivery fee of $8.50 per order is charged unless you qualify for free shipping.
- Free standard shipping is granted to most orders over $79 in value after all discounts are applied and not including postage. Larger bulkier items are an exception to this and incur higher shipping costs due to the size and weight of the item. These include but are not limited to trampolines, trikes, furniture etc.
- For delivery to more remote areas and to SA, WA & TAS, please allow up to 5 extra days for delivery (some rural areas can be even more than this).
- We ship to most postcodes in Australia. If we cannot fulfil your order due to your postcode, you will receive an email for a refund.
Shipping estimates are as follow:
- Sydney: 1-3 business days
- NSW Country, Melbourne, Brisbane: 2-4 business days
- VIC country, QLD country, SA country, Tasmania, Adelaide: 2-5 business days
- Perth: 4-6 business days
- WA country, NT: 4-8 business days
Express Shipping Service
- Available for $14.50 per order.
- If you live in a capital city delivery is normally within three business days (once packed and sent). Delivery to South Australia & Western Australia can take up to 8 business days. Delivery may take longer if you live in a rural area.
